SAP REFX - IFRS 16 Linking Head lease with Sub - Lease

I am facing issue linking between a head lease and sub-lease scenario.

I assign the main contract no. ( Head lease ) in sub-lease contract field. but in the main contract, I am unable to see in the main contract ” Object relationship ” in the object tab as per the note (2662137 points no. 12 and note 2406475).

Anybody can help me on this.

Hi,

You need to assign the REC object to Contract type in following config node:

RECACUST > Contract > Objects > Permitted Object Types per Contract Type

Here assign 'IS' to your Headlease Contract Type.

After that you would see the 'REC' object under object selection dropdown.

Thanks for the reply.

the issue in "REC Object Hierarchy " which object type should I select to get sublease contract.

If I select "J4 Contract object " in the account assignment filed I am unable to assign sublease contract no.

I am confused about, how the sublease contract no. will assign in the REC object hierarchy.

Guide me is there any missing configuration or I have to select a right Object type.

Hi Mohammed,

You have to assign the Sublease Contract as REC object under Object hierarcy of Head lease contract.

Sublease Contract are not automatically displayed under Head lease, even you assign the Main Contract No.
