Currently in my company we are working with SAP ERP and want to implement the RE-FX module as result of the new NIIF16 regulation (having to activate other types of contracts, not just those of properties.)

The contracts in my company are not only property rentals, but we also manage: vehicles, general machinery, software and/or hardware, photocopiers, etc;

My question is if in the said module, one can input all of these types of contracts, or only those of properties (real estate)?

Hi Sofia,

SAP RE-FX provides the option to use IFRS16 Valuation for Properties & Non-Property leasing both.

By using Contract Object (COB), you can generate the IFRS16 Valuation for Vehicles/Machinery as well.
