Currently on EA-FIN 617 SP level 14
We want to use the migration strategy with the new worth value specified (legacy data) condition.
AS IS: During the end-to-end migration testing, we discovered the issue that the asset acquisition is again posted via the initial contract valuation, resulting in 2 times an asset acquisition impact cause the acquisition posting has been carried out before the new RoU is assigned to the valuation rule.
TO BE: The asset acquisition should be posted only in RE at initial valuation of the contract, not in FI.
→ Note 2817023 seems to resolve this issue. But this note contains +- 200 subnotes to implement, of which +- 35 notes require manual activities. For this reason, can someone please confirm that this note will resolve the issue.
Thanks.

Hello
Thanks for your quick answer. After implementation of note 2536673, we had that new condition valuation property M and we linked it in the customizing, see below.

Despite this customizing, we still get the FI asset acquisition posting at initial valuation of the contract.
We also implemented notes 2653368 and 2667902 cause we had originally the issue that we only created the RE postings, at initial valuation and subsequent valuations of the contract. The subsequent valuation of the contract works fine now, creates an asset acquisition posting in FI for the contract change, but now the initial valuation creates a posting in FI and RE.
Do you have any ideas what could be the reason?
