I have created contract with frequency 3 months. The depreciation and interest posting indicates that it will post every 3 months and not monthly. How do I get the system to post the interest monthly. The payment form is in advance.

You will have to create additional Frequency '10' as Monthly & assign on the Valuation rule, as per below screenshot:
Then system will start posting the Dep. & Interest Monthly.
