SAP RAR 1.3 fulfillment - placing an item affects other item fulfillment

Dear Experts,

in sales order, we place installation (FREE OF CHARGE SERVICE ITEM) to create a service order in PM/CS (AUTOMATICALLY), all other items in the order (WHICH IS TO BE FULFILLED BY POD) should now be fulfilled manually after completion of installation and training, can system check for certain item ( installation ) , if exist, performance obligation for the other items to be fulfilled manually instead of POD.

Hi

Do you want to automatically fulfill other POB in the contract based on fulfillment of another POB ?

This is possible via the Leading - Linked POB or compound POB. Did you try this?
