SAP Public Cloud Workflows Creation

Hi Everyone

We have a requirement to create workflows / approvals for below processes with SAP Public Cloud as standard flexible workflows are not available.

1. Outgoing Payment Approval
2. Cost Center Supplement Budget Approval
3. Project Supplement Budget Approval

Note client is not having PSM or licenses for J78 Scope item. Is there any alternate or customizing option to have approvals or sending at least notification to next person.

Unfortunately, if your customer does not have the right scope items activated, there is no existing workaround solutions.
