SAP PSCD Certification = IS-Utilities ?

Hi,

I would like to get certified in SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) module. As per my understanding, PSCD is an Industry Specific extension of FICA (Contracts Accounts Receivables and Payables). So there is no specific SAP certification for PSCD whereas I should be preparing for this IS-Utilities certification: https://training.sap.com/certification/c_fsutil_60-sap-certified-associate---utilities-with-sap-erp-...

Please confirm if my understanding is right.

When I searched, I found that you are right to some extent, when I got redirected to below,
