SAP PaPM - Product Strategy

Hi,

Very straight forward question for which i have tried many sources.

What is the overall strategy of PaPM vs other solutions (SAC, BPC, COPA, Intercompany and other solution in S/4 Digital Core). Why client should adopt a solution from PaPM which can be met by existing product from SAP itslef.

As usual, plenty of one sided sales material on PaPM, but no view from SAP side on comparison or complementing scenarios !!!
