SAP PaPM Cloud with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Hello!

I have a question regarding the usage of PaPM Cloud with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. In this setup, does PaPM Cloud use the HANA database of S/4HANA or is it based on a separate SAP HANA Cloud database within SAP BTP?

Hi,

SAP PaPM Cloud uses a separate HANA Cloud or Datasphere. Beside all the data integration capabilities these data platforms provide, you can also use SAP PaPM Cloud Remote Function Adapters, OData Connection and SOAP Connection capabilities to integrate both solutions.
