SAP Note/KBA 1941497 is being updated

Hi everyone, I am trying to read the SAP note 1941497, but when I trying it to opened, show me the next message "SAP Note/KBA 1941497 is being updated". I am trying for 3 days, but always the same.

If someone have it, or someone have download it before and can shere I to me ,appreciate too much.

SAP say "There is a new feature as part of the new wave release of the SAP One Support Launchpad that is preventing users without authorizations to open SAP KBAs/Notes." :'(
