SAP New user setup in su01 and pfcg

Hello All

I am Functional Analyst, I received a request to create new Production user with a copy of existing user (XXXXX) with Display only access.

Ideally they need access to display below transaction codes:

• KSB1

• FAGLB03

• FAGL03

• Fbl1n

• Mb51

• Mb52

• ME2N

• FB03

• MM43

Please provide the steeps to achieve this.

Hi - instead of creating a new role, I recommend seeing if an existing role already has these transactions - look at report/transaction SUIM with the above transactions to see if it exists.

If not go to transaction PFCG to copy the role and edit accordingly

The request is to set up new user same as existing user with display only access.
