SAP IS-U SoD Matrix Conflicts

Hi! I am working on a project to improve segregation of duties and I would like to have a conflict matrix for SAP IS-U transactions. I have searched this forum and the Internet but I can't find SAP IS-U info or docs about this issue, can anyone help me? Thank you very much.
