Hello,
I have a client who is having trouble accessing their SAP Integration Suite for CPQ. How can we find out if this has been provisioned and which global account it is under so they can locate it?
Do they need to log an incident, and if so, what is the component name, please?
Thanks,
Marc

hi marc.oconnor I agree with yoganandamuthaiah and I add , when it happened to my customer , we open an https://go.support.sap.com/contactus/#/chat and we explained that the owner of the BTP was unreachable and they have allowed one more of us to be the administrator
Lastly they may ask you to reach the customer's TQM (i think its called in this way..)
Let all of us know how it goes! cheers.A
