SAP GTS - Message type processing

Hi All, 

We have a Z message type - ZCIE, which is sending out an e-mail to configured DL. 

Generally, we can process the green message type by 'Repeat output' button and execute.

But today, the system doesn't allow to repeat and process the message type. The message type goes in the error and no log is displayed. As there is no log displayed, it's getting difficult to track the error/incompletion if any.
