SAP GTS legal control within EU counriries

Dears,

Thanks to suggest me how to activate legal export control for different documents of product with specific ECCN and destination / departure country is within European union.

Sanjay, the error indicate you have configured the system in the wrong way.

Activities

1. Select the appropriate legal regulation.

2. In the dialog box

Legal Control: Define Legal Regulation, select Country or Country Group and make one of the following settings:

• Legal Control - Import

• Check: Not Active

• 1. Check: Receipt (Exclusive). Checks only dispatches within the EU.

• 2. Check: Import (Exclusive). Checks imports in which the country of departure lies outside of the EU.

• 3. Check: Receipt/Import (Not Domestic). Checks dispatches and imports except for domestic transactions.

• 4. Check: Receipt/Import (with Domestic). Checks domestic transactions as well as dispatches and imports.

Note

Checks 1 and 2 exclude domestic transactions.

• Legal Control - Export

• Check: Not Active

• 1. Check: Exit. Checks only dispatches within the EU.

• 2. Check: Export. Checks exports in which the destination country lies outside of the EU.

• 3. Check: Exit/Export (Not Domestic). Checks dispatches and exports except for domestic transactions.

• 4. Check: Exit/Export (with Domestic). Checks domestic transactions as well as dispatches and exports.

Please follow the Help document in 'Activate Legal Regulation' under 'Legal Control', and adjust your setting.

Nishant, EU to EU documents are filtered out before going for license determination strategy.

With standard SAP business flow where documents executed between countries from EU (T00W.XEGLD) will stop in legal control process with message "Do not run check for business transaction from XX to YY "

=> XX YY belonging to EU.

Sanjay, it can be done using determination strategy setup at country legal regulation.
