SAP GTS E4H, Manage Blocked Documents concatenation of name and description for specific fields

In Manage Blocked Documents, i see that:

FT Organization column has concatenated in one field  - description of the FTO and in the brackets the name of the FTO 

Ctry/Reg of Dep. column has concatenated in one field - description of the country and in the brackets country code 

Cty/Reg of Destination key column has concatenated in one field - description of the country and in the brackets country code 

Is there any way we can change this, and separate the name and the description in 2 columns?

In the Fiori is not possible with the latest version of GTS E4H 2023, only if you export in excel and you split the cells. 

Check customer influence portal if such request exist from other customer and vote. If not, I recommend to submit a new request and if you collect sufficient votes, there might be some changes with the future SP upgrades on the current versions 2020 and 2023 or for the future release of 2025.
