Team,
In our GTS Dev client, I configured a "new" Legal Reg. for USMCA because my business team said they need to keep this separate from NAFTA, so they can keep both FTA's independent of each other
I did the below config steps; while I am still waiting to get the USMCA Rule file from Descartes, I tested the Vendor LTVD Request under the new Admin Unit, While it correctly generates the LTVD request for the new Legal Regulation, it automatically includes NAFTA request in the same LTVD as well....Likewise, if I try a LTVD request for NAFTA, it automatically includes USMCA in the same request ...Anyone had similar experience? What should be done to generate separate LTVD requests for each agreement?? Thanks in advance,

Hi Raj,
Slightly off topic, could I please ask you to attach detailed config steps? Thanks

Thank you Benjamin; I have requested the USMCA file from Descartes, hoping to get it this week.
Regarding the Form Data for Specific Agreements, the ABAP team is working on the new form,so I will be activating the agreement-specific form, to create separate outputs for each agreement.
But in addition to separate form, our expectation is that when we request LTVD for the different admin units such as ADMU_NAFTA and ADMU_USMCA, it should generate the LTVD request for respective agreements only, rather than both each time. Perhaps I will test further once I upload the new file and setup the separate form USMCA , to see if it makes any difference. After that I will report back to this thread. Thanks again.

Hello Raj,
Did you ask Descartes already for the data? I know that they provide already the data, if you ask them.
As long as both legal regulations (NAFTA, USMCA) are activated for the same country, you will request for both agreements.
Try in the "Control Settings for Vendor-Based Long-Term Vendor Declarations"-actitivity to create Form Data for Specific Agreements (so one for NAFTA and one for USMCA).
regards
Benjamin Britze
