Hello, this is regarding SAP GTS.
Could you please share with me the steps involved in Customs filing with Belgium Authority, whether SAP has introduced new message types or existing messages will do and any other prerequisite.
Thank you, looking forward to hearing from you

Hi Apostolos,
I have in the past implemented GTS in Belgium and I must say that all of the processes implemented (Import/Export/Transit/IPR) were done using the standard delivered messages and processes by SAP (This is delivered part of the localization of SAP GTS for Belgium).
Please have a look at the standard customizing delivered by SAP for legal regulation CUSBE.
The only tricky part met is the fact that in Belgium some regions speak French and other Flemish. This can be a burden for the printed documents.
Regards.

Hello Apostolos,
The steps needed depends as well what has been already implemented and which processes are relevant for you (Import, Export, Transit, EMCS, Customs Warehouse, etc.).
Check the Process templates CUSBE, TRSBE, EMCBE to see the standard delivered processes for Belgium from SAP, maybe do an adjustment with Client 000.
regards
Benjamin Britze
