SAP GRC: Update Firefighter Log in NWBC

Dear All, I would like to know what is the functionality of the "Firefighter Log Update" button in GRC? (NWBC>Reports and Analytics>Consolidated Log Report>Update Firefighter Log). I could not find this information anywhere on the Internet.

SPM jobs for log synchronization should always be scheduled for the Firefighter process, so I cannot think of any good explanation behind this functionality.

Does anyone know this button and its purpose?

Hi

It is to update the log at the time of report, so you get latest logs from the last sync job. Otherwise you need to wait for next sync job to complete.
