SAP GRC Process Control: Workitem in Work Inbox

Hi

I have setup a CCM job for a single control which has three business rules assigned. When each time the job runs it sends three identical workitems to my SAP GRC Work Inbox where as I expect to get one only. Is this by design or can I make a change some where so I only get one workitem in my Work Inbox?
