Our users want to maintain manual test plan. They are not able to create and assign test plans to enable performance of manual tests of control effectiveness from the “Assessments->Manual Test Plans.” The Create button is disabled and when they open the manual test plan they cannot edit it as it is only in display mode. Please advise as these are not power users.
