Can anybody help me with the event-based automated monitoring of GRC Process control?
What is the prerequisite to implementing event-based monitoring? I have read somewhere that external event monitoring like the Cisco event engine is required for implementing Event-based monitoring.
My requirement is to monitor the emails received in the GRC system and based on the subject of the email we would like to trigger a GRC alert to the control owner.
