SAP GRC NWBC links are grey out

Hello All,

I'm facing issue with NWBC screen, when I go to "SETUP" tab most of the links are available but Organizations & few of the links are greyed out. Likewise, most of the link in Reports & Analytics are also greyed out. Please let me know the root cause of the issue.

Can you check your configurations in LPD_CUST?Check if you have the necessary roles assigned?

I believe, you configuration settings in tcode SPRO might have switched off for Process Control , please follow the path in tcode SPRO to further review Governance, Risk and Compliance->General Settings-->Activate Applications in Client
