Hello Risk Management Experts,
I need your expertise in an Automated KRI rules scenario where percentage is to be calculated
Scenario: The Table PA002 has the gender details of employees in the Field (GESCH) where the number 1 is for males and number 2 is for females. I need to build a KRI rule to check the percentage of Female employees and in the KRI rule if they are less than 26% flag it as a Risk.
Steps Completed:
1) Created KRI Template with value type as Numbers to be fetched from the table
2) Created a KRI implementation to fetch data from the table PA0002
3) Created a standard KRI in the Risk and added the values and did a Test Instance and it fetches the sum of the all the employees both males (1) and Females (2). Is there a way to get percentage of female employees here as a result which can then be checked against the threshold values.
The Data is being read from the system it currently has 13 employees with value 2 ( Females) and 35 employees with value 1 (Males)
Or a Business Rule has to be created, need your help to fetch the percentage so that it can be checked against the Threshold values. Am I missing something here, your advice is highly appreciated.
