SAP GRC EAM - Email notification is not getting sent to SPM owners for approval

SAP GRC EAM - Email notification is not getting sent to SPM owners emails inbox (Outlook) just to remind them for approval. Although requests are going into their work inbox.

ARM is configured just to facilitate EAM requests.

MSMP Workflow is configured.

Hello @Renante,

Could you please confirm that you are not receiving reminders, not real notifications from ARM process?

If yes, please check whether you have:

• proper configuration for reminders is done on MSMP level for ARM module
• scheduled reminder job (GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER) is up and running - please find more in SAP Note 2501859 - GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER explained for additional details
