We have recently upgraded SAP GRC system from SP06to SP21, after upgrade we have noticed that when we do search for User ID in end user portal we are able to find the user but when we submit for any ( password reset, access request) it throws Invalid User ID error.
This works fine when we maintain 2051 to NO, but problem is when we maintain the parameter to NO, SAP System creates User ID with space in starting if copied from excel or another other flat file
