SAP GRC AC 10.1: NWBC dashboard reports showing incorrect data

Hi There,

I'm currently using SAP GRC AC 10.1 with SP level-14.

I have deleted some users ( 5 users) in back end system in 1 week ago. But those 5 users are still appearing in dash board reports ( User Analysis/Risk Violations).All back jobs are working fine ( Batch risk analysis) on daily basis.

Can anyone tell what could be tha root cause for this issue and what is the solution for this issue?.

Hello Naresh,

Have you tried executing repository object sync in full sync mode, and then Bach Risk Analysis?

If already done, please check the logs of full repository sync.

Thanks for responding to my query. Yes , I have tried both jobs ( repository & Batch Risk) at Full sync mode. But still isue remains same.
