Hi All,

i am setting up GRC HR triggers from SF and my receiving system is ECC system.

As my ECC systems already have roles assigned to users, i want the 1st run from SH HR trigger to be nullified, meaning the 1st run should not impact the ECC users. Requesting your suggestion on means to achieve this.

1 way is 'not to configure Systems in HR Settings during 1st run, But the question is after the systems are added in the SPRO node, will there be requests generated for the connected systems

please suggest other means as well

Regards

Plaban

Hi Plaban,

If you do not want any actions to be taken, then better to handle in CPI only. You can customize the groovy script and ignore those data, so that it is not updating the AC. After that you can replace the actual script. This way you are not worried about any updates/changes in AC side which would be cleaner.

Thanks,
Prem

Hi Prem, thank you for your reply

i will certainly inform the CPI team to see if groovy script can ignore the data.

Additionally, the CPI consultant has informed me that the extraction date can be made the go-live date, and not before. This will exclude the changes/data made before the go-live date. And the 1st extract of data will only take place 1 day after. Because CPI considers the date and not the hhmmss. This shall ensure that the 1st run will only consider the user changes that have been made between the go-live date and the next date.
