SAP GRC 12 Success Factors HR trigger: GRC access request does not find Agent

Hi All,

we have enabled SFEC HR triggers to GRC 12 and access requests are getting created. But these requests are unable to send the request to the agent. the agent is GRAC_ROLEOWNER, who is correctly mapped to the role.

we cross verified by creating manual access requests and they are found to go to correct agent/approver.

Could you please suggest on this issue

Hi All,

As the error in MSMP debug showed that no Escape path was available, we have re-tried the above scenario by adding escape path. And it is observed that request goes to the escape path. Could you please suggest your views on this issue on SF HR trigger joiner workflow

I think you need to provide more information on BRF+ rules/MSMP configuration. When you replicated manually did you choose same request type and complete same data attributes of the HR trigger to replicate it properly? Possible you have a BRF+ decision that is the issue and not role owner

same req. type was chosen manually. Attributes of manually created req. are the same as sent from SF.

in both the cases , the same path is chosen. But SF HR trigger fails to find the Role owner through GRAC_ROLEOWNER
