SAP GRC 12.0 SP4 User defaults not provisioning

Hi Experts

I have created BRF+ config as advised by Madhu babu for user defaults but still some how its not getting provisioned, i have updated SPRO as well with the function ID.

Please advise where to check to resolve this issue.

Hi Maltesh,

Can you please advise how the issue got resolved. I have configured the user defaults after following Madhu Babu instructions. Simulation works correctly but when the GRC request is submitted it doesn't provision the user parameters but roles are getting assigned to the user. Thanks in advance.

Hi Maltesh,

Did the BRF+ for user defaults Function and Decision Table returning the expect results and did you add the user defaults to request type?
