We are using a custom Data Field to map to the Contractual User Type Id field of SU01. We have performed the following:
1: Added the Custom Field to the Table GRACREQ, structure CI_GRAC_REQ_ATTR
2: Verified the the field was created correctly with GRFN_CHECK_CDF report
3:Configured Custom Field in SPRO>Governance, Risk & Compliance>Shared Master Data>Maintain Field Base configuration in Entity "ACCREQ"
4:Mapped the Field to connector group for action 4 (Provisioning) for system Field LIC_TYPE
The field is available in the Access Request Form and the drop down list contains our active list of license types. However, when we provision the users the field in SU01 in the backend system is not being updated,
Has anyone else run into this issue and found a work around or know of something that may be missing. I did see an earlier post about creating a dual connector for Provisioning to go along with the HR action. However, we are not using the HR action. Does the HR need to be there even if the HR does not have this field?
