SAP GRC 10.1 Print Version error

Dear All,

We are facing this issue of Print version error when we click on print version under any of the link in set up tab, we have done all the required configuration. Please assist if we have missed out something due to which its causing this issue.Your support will be much appreciated.Thank you

Hello,

Please check below settings

1. Maintain Web Dynpro ABAP-Specific Settings.to allow crystal report:

• Go to SPRO > SAP NetWeaver > Application Server > SAP List Viewer (ALV) > Maintain Web Dynpro ABAP-Specific Settings.
• Select checkbox "Allow Crystal Reports".
• Select checkbox "Java Server Available".
• Select "ADS-Adobe Document Services" for the field "Service for Generating Print Version".
• Save Settings.

2. Maintain SAP GUI specific settings to allow crystal report:

• Go to SPRO > SAP NetWeaver > Application Server > SAP List Viewer (ALV) > Maintain SAP GUI-Specific Settings.
• Select checkbox "Allow Crystal Reports".
• Save Settings.

3. Maintain generic Crystal report:

• Go to SPRO > SAP NetWeaver > Application Server > SAP List Viewer (ALV) > Manage Generic Crystal Reports.
• Ensure that SAP standard template is checked for system or custom template is configured.

Thanks Srinivas for the reply, still getting the same error even after doing all the setting as mentioned by you.

I am not getting where exactly is the issue, basis team confirms that ADS connection is working good.
