SAP GRC 10.1 Hover Help

Dear Gurus,

We have a requirement from our client stating to make GRC 10.1 more user friendly like Hover helps, self help.

For example, During applying the mitigation plan approver needs that while hovering over the description of mitigation, description should appear instead of clicking on it.

For Self help, the quick reference guides, manuals etc. can be embedded in Webdynpro applications. Please check following blog:

Tool tips are something which you can also enable but it will have a pre-defined text which the users can see when mouse-over the field. If you need specific details to be displayed during mouse-over then you need to check with SAP support team on how you can enhance to meet your requirements. Also long text display during mouse-overing can make the screen look clumsy. Hence, you need to assess the fields which need to be enhanced and discuss with support team.

Hello Madhu/All,

I tried the steps mentioned in the blog for Help Center/ Section 3 Worth knowing and I was trying to put the Web page. I selected link type Web page > Application type - Webdynpro Application > and then "grac_gaf_accreq_with_templ_eu" then click search and I got the error.

Infact We don't have SOLMAN system as well

We have customized End User Logon page with Template based request below there our Application type is "grac_gaf_accreq_with_templ_eu".
