SAP GRC 10.1 ADD Operation ERROR : An exception was raised..

I have installed GRC10.1 and wants to integrate with IDM. While configuring Access Request to perform ADD operation , I have resolved issues like Invalid Priority Type, Invalid Item Name, by importing roles to NWBC and performing repository object sync. But now I am facing below mentioned issue:

GRC Request failed : This is the message received from SAP GRC V10: ' msgNo=4 , msgType=ERROR , msgStatement=An exception was raised.. . '

Could you please help me to resolve the issue.
