SAP GRC 10.0 "User Analysis" showing deleted users

Hello Experts,

In GRC 10.0, under NWBC-->Reports and Analytics-->Access Dashboards-->User Analysis, we are seeing entries of users who are already deleted from the system. We are observing and investigating from last two months that those are appearing in every month's data. Furthermore, analyzing the "Access Risk Violations" dashboard for that particular risk id does not show up those users. May someone please guide where are we missing. Thanks in advance for the inputs and help.

We are on SP level 25.

Check if you can implement the following SAP note

Hi Naik,

I believe, the old report will show the deleted user but for latest report it is expected not to show the deleted user as the user not exists in plugin system. I would suggest you to perform, repository sync job to that particular connector to further and perform Batch Risk analysis job to same system to check the new month report still shows up the deleted record. In my understanding, i should not show the deleted user from next month reports

Hello Vijayakumar,

As suggested, I have executed the repository sync and full batch risk analysis for that connector but no success. Those users are still appearing in current month's data 😞
