SAP FM AUthorization

Dear FM Gurus,

Kindly need your help, i am currently implement SAP FM in S/4 Hana 1610. when i try to activate the AUthorization Check in Configuration the menu for Authorization Check FM does not appears like shown below :

Do anyone have any clue to activate configuration for Authorization FM in SAP S/4 HANA 1610? Your suggestion will be appreciated.

The problem is solved by added and completed authorization object for fund center.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the business function through tcode SFW5. the result is down below:

is this correct? or do i have to activated any other business function so the menu for FM Authorization check will appear.
