Hello,

i have an error message during the installtion of FIM. When i want to execute the "reset.acpwd.bat" file in DOS Box i have the error message "Could not find or load main class com.sap.fpm.fim.administration.APCpwdManager" In TomCat Web Application Manager i can see "fim" but the status of "Running" is "false"

Hello Onder,

From my point of you, this kind of error could appear if you have not installed correctly FIM with tomcat.

You should use the latest setup available in SAP Launchpad portal and the latest SP available that is SP17.
