Hello,
To update FIM from 10.0 SP16 Patch01 to SP18 Patch02 we had a problem so we did the following actions :
1. Unistall FIM 10.0 SP16 Patch0
2. Install FIM 10.0 SP12
3. Install SP18
4. Install Patch02 of SP18
5. Connect to FIM ==> I can see the list of jobs but when I tried to do "save as" for a job, the error said that fim can't find the job ==> I did refresh and all the jobs disappeard.
6. Now, when I connect to FIM it showes an error message "unexpected error during the action: "Merge job information" contact your administrator" ==> Click on OK ==> The list of jobs is empty but the list of datastores is here.
When I checked the SQL Server table "FIM_Job", All the jobs are there.
Ps, could you help ?

Dear Kamal,
I would sugget to first stop tomcat, then delete tomcat cache and restart it.
Also compared the content of the tables FIM_JOB_DATASOURCE and FIM_JOB, you should have the same jobs in both tables.
