I am a OpenText archiving consultant, however my work mostly related to SAP document and data archiving, so my knowledge with SAP will be limited as we speak.
We are trying to link and store FICA Correspondence smartform PDF based outgoing document into OpenText archive server. The bus object i am using BUS4401, using Z document type which is maintained in OpenText archive id (sap content repository) and correspondence key as Object ID.
During the smartform PDF generation thru FICA program, the outgoing document should like to Z doc type and it should connect to spool device such as ARCH (The archiving device which we have created for Archive ID - OpenText). This spool device should able to Print (1), Archive (2) or Print & Archive (3).
The issue which we are facing is, at the end of the process, while connecting to ARCH device, the error is showing as "invalid value: ARCHDEST"
Am i doing this in correct way?
Also i would like to know if i would want to test manually to link sample PDF to correspondence key for some business partner, how would i test doing it thru GOS menu or SAP archivelink feature.
P.S - In the past i did similar work for SD module for outgoing billing document as smartform PDF, and i was able to link it properly. For FICA correspondence, i have little grey area.
