Hi. I am trying to pull in the difference in an intercompany reconciliation between a buyer and seller from SAP FC into my Excel using the add in. But it is not working. It is not reflecting what I see for two entities in SAP FC. I think it is not picking up the buyer and seller but I don't know why. Please can someone help?
All my dimensions are bringing back labels so they do exist. I just can't get the amounts
I am using:
Formula=@GetCtData("COAMOUNT","CONSAMOUNT",---see below---,"#")
Dimensions I'm pulling include:
BUYER=*ENTITY NUMBER*
SELLER=*ENTITY NUMBER*
AU sum (CLASS=P)
INTERCO-RULE
INTERCO-VARIANT
Request clarification before answering.
Hello taab22 ,
For intercompany reconciliations you should use appropriate data source and property, not "COAMOUNT","CONSAMOUNT".
Check FC Excel link add-in wizard selection options, they should look like:
Data source: INTERCOAMNT
Properties: BUYAMNT, BUYCONVAMNT, SELAMNT, SELCONVAMNT, CONVAMNTDIF

Hi both, thank you very much for your answers.
Adelaide, I know that would be very useful, but I'm not 100% sure I can for confidentiality reasons, just in case. Sorry.
Olga, thanks I'll try that.
Also, where is the "FC Excel link add-in wizard" please? Is that the same as the define schedule --> insert dimension members button?
