Hello,
After the version upgrade FC10.1, consolidation process is being failed with an error "INVALID POINTER". we never encountered such error in FC10.0. The error attached happens when I run a consolidation on SAP FC 10.1

The Consolidation for a different scope but with the same properties is running successfully.(attached snap)
Can you please help me to understand the reason of the error and how to over come with this?

Hello anithaveeraiah,
The error message "Invalid pointer" usually means that there was an issue in the database or memory during FC process run (something didn't exist or was locked). It can be caused by locked objects.
You should try restarting FC data source and/or checking that ct_object_lock table is empty when FC data source is stopped.
