We are looking to automate the provisioning of SAP ECC and S/4HANA (on premise) logins by linking into successfully passing an Enable Now generated course. Our current certification process is manual, so that when the mandatory courses are passed, a PDF certificate is generated - which is then passed onto a SAP roles and authorization resource to manually create the login with the appropriate access. Is there any way of integrating SAP Enable Now to GRC, so the process can be streamlined and automated.

(As no-one else has jumped in with a better answer..) I'm not aware of any functionality in SAP Enable Now that could do this automatically. However, you can generate a report of all people that have completed a specific course. You may then be able to develop a script that takes this information and feeds it into GRC. If you use the reporting API to pull the course completion information you may be able to 'massage' it into a format GRC likes. But bottom line is you need to do the work on the GRC side, using standard info extracted from SEN. HTH.
