Hi experts.
I´m trying to transport in SAP DM. But there´s an error at the end of the transport

Looking at the log file:
2018-06-05 22:51:49.2277 [64] [ERROR] ==> -------- Begin -------- ErrorID: a95fe1c3-e59b-4286-b6ab-19d74ef55fc9 Transport import: System.Exception: User has no permission for this chapter at the current workflow step at cundus.enterpriseReporting.Services.ReportService.CheckWorkflowCondition(Chapter chapter) at cundus.enterpriseReporting.Services.ReportService.UploadChapterContent(ChapterContent content, Chapter chapter, Report report, String comment, IValidationState validationState) at cundus.enterpriseReporting.Services.TransportService.CheckInChapterContent(Protocol protocol, Period modelPeriod, Report modelReport, Chapter modelChapter, Chapter chapter, String tempFolder) at cundus.enterpriseReporting.Services.TransportService.ImportPeriodContent(PeriodFile transportFilePeriod, Protocol protocol, String tempFolder, User user) at cundus.enterpriseReporting.Services.TransportService.ImportPeriod(User user, Protocol protocol, String tempFolder, Boolean contentOnly) at cundus.enterpriseReporting.Services.TransportService.ImportPackage(String filename, ImportTypes importType, User user, String systemBuildNumber) -------- End --------
All the workflows are validated and are in status "Inicializating". The user has all permissions in all entities.
Where´s the error?. I have checked all and it´s fine.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Paula,
I have assumed you are using an Admin logon.
Take a look at the conditions of the Workflow in detail, there may be a specific role or permission needed at a workflow step, which the user does not have, even though an Admin user is used

If you prefer, send the transport zip file to marc.kuipers@sap.com and I will test it internally and provide you with an update
Thanks
Marc

Hello Paula
I assume you are importing period settings and content within one file?
It is better to split these out, so create one transport for period settings, one for period content
Then, import the period settings, start the workflows on the imported reports/chapter and then import the period content
The handling of workflows within transport is not always correct in DM
