SAP Disclosure Management - Net Exception Not enough RAM to load data

Hello experts,

We are currently refreshing data in SAP Disclosure Management Excel Add In, to extract data from BW Server and we are getting the following error: "Net Exception Not enough RAM to load data".

We tried to update with an extended timeout time of 20 minutres, but the refresh is cancelled before the timeout time is reached.

We are using:

SAP Disclosure Management Server 10.1 SP4

SAP Disclosure Management Add in Excel: 10.1.4.9

Could you help us resolve this issue?

How much data are you retrieving?

To me, this seems like the .NET layer simply runs out of available memory,

Can you see (in TaskManager) how much memory is being used at the time you get this error?

Hello Marc,

We are retrivieng many megabytes of data.

My computer RAM is 12GB and during the update it stays like 50%-51% of usage.. is not enough to have the RAM message.

How can we trace if its the .NET layer?

We already opened a SAP note, lets see what they say.
