Hi Friends,
I have a disclosure report having a table which is datalinked with the DM cache. I have created a formatting table in BIP word file and uploaded in the DSM server. I am able to scuccessfully acheive the formatting I require when I refresh the report through client but when I do a content refresh, one of the formatting gets messed up as shown below.
Please note : Not all the formatting is disturbed, some remains right.
Version - SAP DSM 10.1 SP6
Thanks,
Gaurav

Hi Gaurav,
You have applied a formatting type "Space" defined with borders (upper and lower??) in your BIP word template to the rows with the issue.
You can either use the default format or amend the "Space" format (remove the borders) in your BIP_WordTableDef template (specifically DCM_TAB1)

Hi Gaurav,
In addition to my earlier response, I found out from your BIP template that you have used customised styles to add borders to the rows Total1, Space, Total2, GrandTotal1 and GrandTotal2. This is not best practise for addding borders into a BIP template. I would recommend removing these and add the borders (single/double lines) by utilising the Border and Shading feature in word and use the custom button to apply the borders as required.
*** Server Content refresh is using these styles to add the borders because it is taking them directly from the BIP Template)

Hi Gaurav
That looks like a bug - but without all your setup that is impossible to analyzer
I suggest you open a ticket with SAP Support
