We are facing an issue on accessing the refresh configurator on change toggle button on Attribute tab in the product section.

Hi,

When you toggle on "Triggers Execution of Rules" of a product attribute, "Refresh Configurator on Change" is mandatory as the rules may lead to the configuration context change.

When you toggle off "Triggers Execution of Rules", "Refresh Configurator on Change" will be optional.
