SAP CPQ Quote 2.0: How to send data to CPI from CPQ using CPQ Subscription to event

Dear SAP-Community,

I am currently using Quote 2.0. I am trying to replicate Replicate Quote 2.0 from SAP CPQ to SAP S4HANA Sales Order using SAP CPI standard iflow. And in CPQ I have used Subscription to Events on action Place Order.

The fact is the Webhook URL should be triggered from CPQ by the Place Order action to send data to CPI. Previously this action has worked for me. Here is a screenshot of the successful one’ log

But unfortunately, it has suddenly stopped working. The Webhook URL is not triggered from the CPQ. So, there is no notification found in CPI from the CPQ.

In the CPQ log there is also no error message. The notifications I got from the log is here:

Does anyone have any suggestions, where should I fix so that the CPQ can trigger the webhook.

Hi @yogananda  , We are working on  CPQ quote 2.0 and integrating to S/4 HANA to create sales order there . The action place order from CPQ quote triggers the event in CPI but failing in CPI :     HttpResponseException: An internal server error occured: HTTP operation failed invoking https://xxxxx- xxx.cpq.cloud.sap/api/v1/quotes/81/actions/1924/invoke with statusCode: 403.
The MPL ID for the failed message is : AGb1lUBBEe8azWUIOfh_pM1w0onn.

As per standard documentation , we only have to create/add Post method on action/event  ' Place order' .we have done all the required config in CPQ and other systems but it seems CPI is sending back request to CPQ for quote details and looking for some 'get' method . Do you know the background of it.

Other strange observation is that the action 'Place order' triggers multiple messages in CPI .

It seems an issue regarding the webhook queue. Please raise an incident/ticket to ask for support from product.
