Hello jegansivathan,

A 403 forbidden error in SAP CPQ indicates that the user does not have sufficient authorization to access the requested resource. To resolve this issue, you need to check if the user has the necessary permissions to access the API endpoint.

Here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

1. Verify that you have entered the correct API endpoint and parameters.

2. Check if the user has been granted the appropriate API Authorization in the Security Profile.

3. Ensure that the Security Profile assigned to the user has the required privileges to access the requested resource.

If the issue persists, contact your SAP CPQ admin or SAP Support to get more assistance. They can help you check the logs and provide further guidance on resolving the 403 error.

Kind Regards,
