SAP CPQ Documents generation

Hello everyone,

My question is related to SAP CPQ and possibility to generate documents from a quote.

In accordance with configuration guide, the possibility to generate documents for a certain quote should be available from a quite details.

However, I don't see the relevant functionality. Please see the picture below:

Does anyone have any ideas why it doesn't exist? Perhaps, I should activate it somehow?

I use SAP CPQ demo stand version 1911.

Hi Pavel,

Document genration is available from "Quoatation" tab where on top right corner it must be listed under actions list.

If you don't see "Generate Document" action rather you have approval process in place which prevents you from document generation or you need to verify if action is enabled for the workflow.

Your are totally right, the action can be activated for user types in Workflow permissions -> Generate documents.
