Hi experts!

I need to know how a customer’s partners are integrated into SAP CPQ, since in CPQ I only have the option to select a customer and not their partner functions like “ship to”. I need to select in the Quote “Ship to” only his own partners and not all customers. Im using a mashup in C4C but the customers are integrated from ERP.

Question 1
The CPQ standalone we have to select a customer, but in our case, we are using a Mashup inside of C4C, how to make the CPQ mashup automatically open with the customer loaded in C4C? Exemple bellow?

Question 2

How to integrate the business partners of the customers??

Example I have the “SAP” Customer like primary… with “Bill to” function, but I have Business partners like: “SAP New York”, “SAP Boston” and “SAP Washington” all these like “Ship-to”

When I select SAP, in the Bill to I must to see to select only his business partners, SAP New York, SAP Boston, and SAP Washington.

Customer and Partner Functions

Customer: ID 3 – SAP

Business Partners / Partner Function

  • Ship-to party: SAP New York – ID 4
  • Ship-to party: SAP Boston – ID 5
  • Ship-to party: SAP Washington – ID 6

How to integrate the Partner functions of a customer using the standard integration?

Question 3

The “Ship-to” in CPQ must to filter and show only the customer partners functions that are assign to the primary customer, but in SAP SPQ we can select any other customer.

Thanks a lot!

Hello,

The issue I see is that you don't use the OTTB integration C4C to CPQ.

When you use it, the Bill-to, ship-to and also End user come from C4C, no need to replicate it from ERP at all.

See SAP notes:
